The business needs to evolve to be able to leap towards that next level, which I am sure will continue to unfold as we go on this journey. But to start off the transition forward, I kept coming back to our name, a name that I have loved for so long and which resonated with the clients we serve and how we support them. But also the name that I felt is holding us back.
