Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All terms and conditions will be in accordance with the signed proposal document for VA services.

GIFT SHOP POLICY

Please select products carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind on our products due to the personalised nature.  

If a product/s is faulty, an email must be sent to hello@littleluxe.co within 48 hours of the product/s being delivered.

If little luxe . co deem the product/s to be faulty, exchange will be provided. If the product/s is out of stock, a refund will be provided.

The customer must return the product/s within 7 business days of delivery.
All products are checked for quality however, once products are dispatched they are out of the control of little luxe . co.

No responsibility is held by little luxe . co for any products that are lost or damaged in transit. Should damage occur during transit or not arrive, an email must be sent to hello@littleluxe.co within 48 hours of delivery and we will try to assist as best possible.

Approval from little luxe . co must be provided in writing before a product/s is returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days from date of receiving your return.

Please note the 'luxeTLC' product (inclusive of shipping) is non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
